Windows firewall won't stay on for more that 2 minutes!!
I am running Windows Live OneCare and Defender on a Vista platform. Each time I turn on my laptop, it alerts me that Defender is off. I turn it on, but when I turn on my computer later, again I am alerted that Defender is off. How can I keep Defender on, or are OneCare and Defender in conflict?

There is *no* x64 support for Windows Live OneCare at this time. There has been no announcement as to when it might be available, beta or otherwise. The current 1.5 beta will work on Vista 32 bit or XPSP2. You can get it at http://ideas.live.com - don't activate it yet if you have a subscription to OneCare already.
